NE14HOCKEY East Men's and Women's Leagues: Transfer System
This system enables the transfer of a player from one East club to another East club during the East League season. However, if a player is moving to an East club from a club in England outside East or from an an overseas club, this on-line procedure cannot be used. On-Line Player System for Player Transfers between East League Clubs
This requires input from both Clubs: the IN Club - the club gaining the player, and the OUT Club - the club losing the player. The IN club must complete a website form first, after which the transfer will appear in the Transfer List as Started. The IN Club must then ask the OUT club to complete the transfer. (There isno longer any need for a reference number to be passed from one club to the other). Once the OUT Club has completed its form, the status of the transfer will change to Completed and the transfer will take effect seven days later, on the listed Play Date, from which the player may be selected for East league matches.
