Amendments since the AGM are as follows:
Rule 3.3: Premier Division Registration and Eligibility: the limit on the total number of overseas players that can play in the season for an EML Premier A or EWL Premier team is reduced from two to one at the request of England Hockey. NB This is the total for the season not for a match.
